My approach to psychotherapy is predominately based on a Cognitive Behavioral model. My goal is to work to understand the challenges and problems you’re experiencing and apply this model to your unique situation. I believe the goal of therapy should be to help you develop the tools necessary to handle life challenges more effectively. Therapy shouldn’t last forever!
